utk based kek ni..i guna 1/2 paket biskut tiger + 1/2 paket TESCO biskut digestive di kisar halus then + 125 ml butter cair + 1 sudu besar brown sugar.
adunan biskut tadi di tekan dlm loyang ( loyang ikut suka kita nak guna saiz yg mana suka)
3 ketul cream cheese philadelphia atau lain brand (total weight 750g)
1 cup pumpkin puree (rebus labu dan hancurkan)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs - i masukkan 3 biji telur gred B
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup susu pekat manis - ini yg tambah sdiri.
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
pinch of clove - i tak masukkan..x dak stok
nak buatnya sangat senang....masukkan semua bahan dalam food processor dan kisar hingga semua mix up dan sebati....lepas tu...sudukan kedalam small aluminium cup tadi...
panaskan oven 200c selama 15 minit ...baked cara baine marie ( steam bath) dgn suhu 190c selama 50-60 minit. I bakar dgn suhu 250c guna heat with fan (oven i pensonic) for about 35 minit then i low down suhu to 200c and ubah heat without fan for about 20minit.
