bila kebosanan melanda...



malam tadi teramat la malas. sekarang ni mmg dok motivated giler nak menguruskan badan. Dok folloW program "THE BIGGEST LOSSER"..tu yg berkobar2.

kak E akan make sure sampai umah before jam 630pm everyday. Then i do the crosstrainer routine for about 1/2 hour and then 15 minit dumbell routine. so far masih ikut la...harap2 tak bersepai je routine ni..hehehehe

most important is motivation....itula ubat kurus paling berkesan...hehehe.

alamak terlupa nak story pasai pic tu...bukan apa semalam dah lapo sangat, masak le mee segera kari ayam ADABI, kak E mmg suka pedas so rasanye perasa kari Ayam ni mmg memenuhi citarasa kak E. sedaaappppppp...
